Growing up on a Northwest Missouri farm, Donnie has had a passion for the outdoors chasing big whitetail bucks since childhood. He has spent his entire life in the area working along side of his father, farming and selling farm equipment.

In 1997 he started Bucks and Beards Outfitters where they specialize in archery hunting trophy bucks and turkey. As the outfitting business was growing Donnie realized that there was a demand for someone with knowledge of the outdoors to sell and develop hunting and recreational land. Armed with strong background in sales and ability to deal with the public, he felt like the time was right to pursue the real estate business. In 2004 Donnie started selling farms and never looked back. It is a business he truly loves!!
