Having been an outfitter and landowner in White County for 8 years I have had the chance to learn where the giant deer are taken year in and year out. This tract is one of those magic spots. This property has it all; cover, water, food, and great bordering land owners doing the right things to grow and hold huge deer. I spent two full days exploring this tract and I was completely impressed with the incredible big buck sign and personally saw a 170" plus buck feeding in the bean field. I then placed trail cameras out on the property and was fortunate to capture two good bucks including the big 10 point I saw in the bean field that night.
